摘 要:介绍了三组分复合纺丝组件分配板及喷丝板的设计技术,通过理论计算、数值仿真研究了三组分复合纺丝组件各性能参数,设计制造了2套三组分复合纺丝组件,通过纺丝实验验证了三组分复合纺丝组件的性能。结果表明:所研制的组件制备的复合纤维中三组分纤维的横截面清晰分明,纤维各个组分熔体混合均匀;该三组分复合纺丝组件的结构设计合理。The techology of designing break plates and spinnerets of three-component composite spinning back was introduced. The performance parameters of three-component composite spinning pack were studied through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. Two sets of three-component composite spinning packs were designed and manufactured. The performance of three-component composite spinning packs was tested through spinning experiments. The results showed that using the designed spinning packs, the produced composite fiber had a clear cross section of single fiber of each component and uniform melt mixing effect of three components, which indicated that the designed three-component spinning pack was of rational structure.
