摘  要:在普通涤纶毛条装置上,采用改性聚酯切片纺丝,直接制条生产常压阳离子可染高收缩涤纶毛条,探讨了其生产工艺条件。结果表明:采用特性黏数0.556dL/g的常压阳离子可染高收缩改性聚酯切片纺丝,纺丝温度275~280℃,65~67oC热水浴拉伸,拉伸倍数2.9~3.1,采取45~50℃烘干而不经热定型,控制长丝束含油率为0.25%;直接制条时控制制条开松区倍率为2.2,长度离散系数20%-25%,条重17~19g/m,制条速度240~250m/min;生产的3.33dtex×88mm常压阳离子可染高收缩涤纶毛条沸水收缩率达48%,其质量指标达到普通涤纶毛条一等品的要求。Easy cationic dyeable high-shrinkage polyester top was directly produced after the spinning of modified polyester chip on a traditional polyester top machine. The process conditions were discussed. The results showed that the easy cationic dyeable high-shrinkage polyester top of 3.33 dtex × 88 mm can be produced with the boiling water shrinkage of 48% and quality index satisfying the standard of regular one-grade polyester top under the conditions as followed: easy cationic dyeable high-shrinkage modified polyester chip with the intrinsic viscosity of 0. 556 dL/g, spinning temperature 275 - 280 ℃, 65 - 67 ℃ hot water bath stretch, stretch ratio 2.9 - 3.1, drying at 45 - 50 ℃ without heat setting, oil content of filament tow 0.25%, top opening area rate 2.2, length dispersion coefficient 20% -25% , top mass 17 - 19 g/m, top making speed 240 -250 m/min.
