摘  要:目的 建立牛蒡子药材中牛蒡苷的薄层荧光分析法.方法 以甲醇为溶剂制备牛蒡子药材提取液,在硅胶G板上以氯仿∶甲醇(5∶1)为展开剂进行分离,以荧光激发波长280 nm线性扫描进行定量分析.结果 在0.27 ~ 1.35 μg范围内,牛蒡苷的积分荧光强度A与质量m呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.999,加标回收率为98%.测得牛蒡子样品中牛蒡苷的含量为6.01%.结论 实验方法简便,结果准确,可用于牛蒡子药材中牛蒡苷的定量分析.Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography (TLC) fluorescence scanning method for the determination of arc- tiin in herbal medicine Arctii Fructus (AF, Niubangzi in Chinese). Methods Methanol was used as solvent to extract arctiin from AF sample. The separation was carried out on silica gel G plate using chloroform - methanol (5 : 1 ) as developing agent. The deter- mination was accomplished by fluorescence linear scanning with excitation wavelength 280 nm. Results In the quality range 0.27 - 1.35 μg, there is a linear relationship between integral fluorescence intensity and quality of arctiin. The correlation coefficient of the regression equation was 0.999. The spiked recovery of the method was 98%. Using this method, the content of arctiin in an AF sample was determined to be 6.01%. Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate, which can be applied to the determina- tion of arctiin in AF crude drugs.
