摘　　要：目的建立方格星虫多糖的分子量测定分析方法。方法应用高效凝胶渗透色谱法,色谱柱为phenomenex PolySep-GFC-P 4000(300×7.8 mm),流动相为0.71%硫酸钠溶液(内含0.02%叠氮钠),柱温:35℃,RID-10A示差折光检测器(检测器温度35℃),流速0.5 ml·min-1。结果根据建立的方法测定,得到方格星虫多糖的高效凝胶色谱图,并计算出其重均分子量。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,可用于方格星虫多糖的质量控制。Objective To establish the method of analysis the molecular weight （Mw） from Sipunculus nudus. Methods Using GPC method, chromatographic condition including phenomenex PolySep - GFC - P 4000 （300 mm × 7.8ram） column, the mobile phase is consisted of 0.71% Na2SO4 （ including 0.02% Na2N3 ） at 35℃ of the column and the RID - 10A detector. The flow rate was 0.5 ml· min^-l. Results All the molecular weight（Mw） is about 302523. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and ac- curate for the quality control of Polysaccharide from Sipunculus nudus.
