摘 要:目的探讨宁夏中宁盛果期枸杞叶对大鼠脂质过氧化的影响。方法以两个月龄Wistar健康大鼠30只,按体质量随机分为3组;枸杞叶水煎剂低剂量组5 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃给药,枸杞叶水煎剂高剂量组10 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃给药,空白对照组以生理盐水25 mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃,连续用各自受试物饲养两个月后,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测血清过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,以DTNB法检测血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,用TBA法检测血清丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果枸杞叶水煎剂高、低剂量组与生理盐水组比大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-Px的活性显著提高(P<0.01),MDA的含量数值上减少(P<0.01)。结论宁夏中宁盛果期枸杞叶可增强大鼠机体抗氧化损伤的能力。Objective To study the effects of Chinese wolfberry leaves against oxidation in rats. Methods Thirty healthy Wistar rats on two months were randomized into 3 groups with 10 rats in each. Except blank control group mice were given Physiological saline 25 nag · kg^-1·d^-1 , Chinese wolfberry leaves water decoction with low dosage were given 5g · kg ^-1· d^-L ,Chinese wolfber- ry leaves water decoction with high dosage were given 10g · kg^-1 · d^-l. Feeding after two months, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity determination with xanthine oxidase method ; serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH -PX) energy determination with disulfide and nitrobenzoic acid method ;serum malodialdehyde (MDA) concentration determination with thiobarbituric acid method. Results The SOD and GSFI - Px levels in two experimental observation groupsi increased significantly than those of the physiological saline group ( P 〈 0.01 ), the content of MDA numerical reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Chinese wolfberry in Ningxia provinces leaf can enhance the antioxidant injury rats" ability.
