槐花及其炮制品的紫外谱线法鉴别

摘　　要：目的利用紫外谱线组法测试槐花生品及5种炮制品在不同极性溶剂中的紫外谱线图谱,根据它们的紫外谱线图谱峰位置的差异,对其加以区分鉴别,并比较炮制前后的变化。方法采用中药紫外谱线组法进行鉴别,对获得的紫外谱线组进行分析。结果槐花生品及炮制品的紫外谱线组图像、最大吸收峰数目及峰位值具有较为明显的差异,可以用于槐花及不同炮制品的鉴别。结论该法简便、准确、灵敏,可以鉴别区分槐花及其炮制品。Objective To identify Sophorajaponica L. and its four kinds of processed products in different solvents by UV spectral line group. Methods The analysis was done by studying UV spectrum group draft by UV spectral line group. Results The UV spectra of Sophora japonica L. and the processed products showed different maximum absorption peaks both in number and intensi- ty. Conclusion This identification method is simple and accurate, and can be used to distinguish Radix Aconitii Lateralis Pra- eparata and its processed products.
