摘　　要：建设学习型城市政府,是适应当代城市发展的客观要求,也是提升城市竞争力的重要路径和重要举措。为了进一步提升学习型城市政府的运行实效,需要不断优化城市政府组织的学习流程,做好学习需求分析工作、学习方式选择工作、学习机制创新工作、学习成效评估工作,以推进学习型城市政府建设的科学发展。The construction of learning- oriented city government is the objective requirement for adapting to the mod- ern city development, but also an important way of enhancing city competitiveness. In order to further enhance the effective- ness of learning - oriented city government, it needs to constantly optimize the learning process of city government organization, and to emphasize on learning needs analysis, learning methods, learning mechanism innovation and learning effectiveness analy- sis, so as to promote scientific development and construction of learning- oriented city government.
