摘  要:采用动态硫化法制备了EPDM/POE热塑性弹性体(TPV)。研究了炭黑、白炭黑和经Si-69预处理的白炭黑对TPV性能的影响。结果表明,经Si-69预处理的白炭黑补强的TPV力学性能和热性能,明显高于普通白炭黑。3种补强对比,炭黑N330补强效果最好,当炭黑用量为30份时,综合力学性能最佳,且此时炭黑在体系中的分散性也较好。The dynamic vulcanizates (TPV) of EPDM/POE was prepared by dynamic vulcaniza- tion technology. The effects of carbon black, silica and silica treated by Si-69 on the properties were studied. The results showed that the mechanical and thermal properties of TPV using Si-69 pretreated silica significantly higher than that of normal silica. Compared with the other two reinforcements,the EPDM/POE/carbon black N330 thermoplastic elastomer had the best comprehensive properties. When the carbon black content was 30 phr, optimal properties were obtained and the carbon blacks were evenly dispersed in the vulcanizates.
