摘　　要：阐述了森林公安队伍建设与发展的历史必然性，从思想上、组织上、业务上、队伍素质上对森林公安队伍建设与发展的影响因素进行了分析，提出森林公安队伍建设与发展设想：创新机制，促进执法规范化：突出林业执法特色，建设“高特专”森林公安队伍；拓宽信息主流渠道，重塑价值典范；落实职业保障，提升民警向心力。This paper introduces the historical inevitability of forest public security team construction and develop- ment, from the ideological, organizational, business, professional quality of forest public security team construction and the development influence factors are analyzed, proposed the ideas for forest public security team construction and the development： innovation mechanism, promote the standardization law enforcement. Highlight the charac- teristics of the forestry law enforcement, the construction of ＂high, special and professional＂ forest police team. Broaden the mainstream information channels, reshape the value model. To carry out the job security, improve po- lice centripetal force.
