摘　　要：东北内蒙古国有林区有着丰富的自然资源，从新中国成立以来，累计向国家提供10亿多m3的木材，成为重要的木材生产基地，但是天保工程实施以来林区逐渐呈现出木材资源锐减、林区经济落后和林业企业效益不高等问题。文章针对制约东北国有林区经营组织绩效发挥的因素进行梳理和分析，为提高经营绩效并实现可持续利用森林资源提出对策建议。The Northeast state-owned Forest Region of Inner Mongolia is rich in natural resources, since it sets up in China, the cumulative 1000 million cubic meters of timber to the state, has become an important base of timber production forest, but gradually declined in timber resources, economic backwardness and inferiority of forestry en- terprise benefit is low, to solve these problems restrict factors Northeast State-owned Forest management organiza- tions performance play a carding and analysis, in order to improve the operating performance and sustainable utiliza- tion of forest resources and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
