摘　　要：俄罗斯社区矫正工作开展较早,在法制体系、矫正理念、矫正模式、刑罚转处替代机制、组织管理体制及相应经费保障机制等方面,呈现出鲜明的国情特色和更为成熟的法治化。我国应在充分整合现有社会和刑罚资源基础上,将可借鉴的有益经验本土化,提高社区矫正科学化、法治化水平。Community correction carried out in Russia is earlier. It shows the distinctive national feature and more mature rule of law in leagel system, correction conception, correction model, Panel division and replacement mechanism, organization and management system along with the guarantee mechanism of funds. Based on fully integrate the existing social and penal resources, China should learn from the beneficial experience and efforts to make its localization, then promots the work of community correc- tion.
