摘　　要：泰国违宪审查机制经历了一个初建、发展到完善的过程。在此过程中,泰国违宪审查机制呈现出与其他国家或地区违宪审查机构迥异的发展脉络、宪法地位及功能。因地制宜与因时制宜地完善违宪审查制度是泰国宪法法院建设给予我国法治建设的基本经验。Thailand constitutional review mechanism has undergone a preliminary construction, development and improvement process. In this process, while comparing with other countries or regions, Thailand constitutional review mechanism has different path of development, constitutional status and functions. What the construction of Thailand Constitutional Court brings to PRC legal system is the precious experience of improving judicial review system according to local conditions and circumstances.
