摘　　要：高职院校人才培养需要适应社会发展需求,不断调整修订与建设完善人才培养体系。开展校企合作有效强化培养应用技能,实践检验效果显著良好。我国借鉴发达国家高职教育人才培养模式,不断完善建立现代高职物业专业教育教学体系。Vocational Training needs to adapt to social development requirements,and constantly adjust,revise and construct the personnel training system.The cooperation between enterprises and college can effectively strengthen application skills training,and the results are obviously good.We should learn from the vocational education training model of developed countries,and constantly improve modern vocational education system of property professionals.
