摘 要:分别于 1997年 10月与 1998年 4月 ,研究了厦门西侧海域微微型浮游植物类群组成、时空分布及其与环境因子的关系。结果表明 :厦门西侧海域微微型浮游植物在类群组成和丰度分布上存在着较大的时空变动 ;在类群组成上 ,富含藻蓝素的蓝细菌 (PC细胞 )在大多数测站占优势 (秋、春平均分别为 78%、41% ) ,而真核微微型浮游植物 (EU细胞 )在九龙江口占优势 (秋季高达 80 %~ 10 0 % ) ;在丰度分布上 ,PC和富含藻红素的蓝细菌 (PE细胞 )呈秋季大于春季 ,而EU细胞秋春季则相近。与环境因子的回归分析表明 ,盐度是影响厦门西侧海域微微型浮游植物类群组成和丰度的关键因子 ,但其与细胞丰度的相关关系因季节不同而异 ;结果还表明 ,厦门西海域微微型浮游植物类群组成的多样性与该海域的环境异质性有关。The studies on the composition and distribution of picophytoplankton and its relationship with environmental factors were carried out in western Xiamen waters in Oct., 1997 and Apr., 1998, respectively. The result showed that both composition and abundance of picophytoplankton varied with large scale spatially and temporally. Phycocyanin rich cyanobacteria (PC) dominated in most of the sampling stations (accounted for 78% and 41% in Oct. 1997 and Apr., 1998, respectively), picoeukaryotes (EU) prevailed in stations in Jiulong jiang Estuary (as high as 80%~100% in Oct., 1997). For abundance, PC and phycoerythrin rich cyanobacteria (PE) in Oct., 1997 were higher than that in Apr., 1998, while EU kept similar during the two cruises. Regression analysis indicated that salinity was a key factor affecting composition and abundance of picophytoplankton in studied waters, but the correlation status between picophytoplankton and salinity varied and depended on sampling date. The high diversity in picophytoplankton was due to environmental disunity in western Xiamen waters.
