摘  要:通过熔融共混的方法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/纳米黏土复合材料,并使用多环氧基团化合物作为扩链剂对复合材料进行扩链。探讨了扩链剂含量对于PLA/纳米黏土复合材料的结晶和流变性能的影响。然后将扩链PLA/纳米黏土复合材料利用超临界CO2进行发泡,并表征泡孔结构。结果表明,扩链剂能够显著改善复合材料的流变和结晶性能,从而影响其可发性;复合材料的熔体弹性随着扩链剂含量的增加而提高,同时结晶成核点也因为纳米黏土和支化结构的存在而得到提高;由于流变和结晶性能的提高使得复合材料的泡孔结构也得到了显著改善。Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/clay nanocomposites were prepared using multi-functional epoxy compound as a chain extender. The chain extender obviously affected the rheological and crystallization behaviors and thus the foam-ability of the nanocomposites. The melt elasticity was improved with increasing content of the chain extender. Crystallization nucleation sites were increased with the addition of clay and chain extender. Subsequently, chain extended PLA/clay nanocomposites were foamed with supercritical COz. The cell structure, cellular size, and cellular density were investigated. The results showed that the cellular structure was greatly improved accompanied by enchanced rheological and crystallization properties.
