摘  要:介绍了面齿轮分度展成磨齿加工原理及其实现方法。基于5坐标磨削机床,考虑机床安装误差等因素,建立了包含磨齿误差的面齿轮齿面方程。对面齿轮工作齿面的旋转投影面进行了网格规划,并给出齿面偏差的计算方法。通过仿真计算研究了机床与砂轮的安装误差对面齿轮齿面偏差的影响规律。最后在5坐标曲面磨床上进行了面齿轮磨齿加工实验,并根据齿轮测量中心获得的齿面误差数据对机床加工参数进行了矫正。重新磨齿并测量后发现面齿轮齿面误差明显降低,齿面精度得到明显提高。The single indexing generating grinding method of a face gear is introduced .The face gear tooth surface equation with errors is established on the basis of five coordinate grinding machine tool and through considering fac -tors such as machine tool setting error .The measurement grid schema was accomplished on the rotary projection of face gear tooth surface;the tooth surface deviation could be calculated .The effect of errors of alignment on tooth surface deviation was investigated by simulation .Finally, a grinding processing experiment is done on a grinding machine with five coordinates .The processing parameters are corrected according to the measurement results of tooth surface errors at a gear measurement center .The tooth surface error is decreased obviously after grinding again and the precision of face gear tooth surface is improved obviously .
