农村社会转型与社区服务样式的流变

摘　　要：不同社会形态下农村社区服务样式不尽相同:在传统农村社会里,农村社区的公共服务非常稀缺,居民的生产、生活服务更多来自市场购买、亲戚帮扶和邻里互助;在合作化和人民公社时期,"政社合一"的管理体制将农村社区高度集体化,只能由社队集体组织为农民提供服务;而在后人民公社时期,农村社会去集体化、去组织化,传统农村的互助、合作服务快速复活,市场服务和公共服务也相继登场,农村社区服务日趋多元化。如今,农村社区处于转型、升级中,其服务除了要按照城乡一体化发展要求与城市社区服务对接外,还需要发挥政府的主体作用,着力化解农村社会的一些棘手问题。Rural community service type varies from different social formation.In traditional ru- ral societies,public service is very rare,and production and live service come from market,rela- tives and neighbors.During the period of People's Communes,rural communities are highly collective,and only communities can provide services for farmers.While in the later period of People's Communes,the collectiveness and the organization of rural societies are being re- duced.Help and cooperate services in traditional rural societies came back to life rapidly.Mar- ket and public services also emerged,making rural community services diversified.Nowadays, rural communities are in a period of transition and upgrade,so its services must connect with urban community services.The government should also play a vital role in its development in order to solve difficulties in rural societies.
