486名婴儿发育筛查结果评价与分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解婴儿早期发育状况 ,早期发现异常。方法 :采用“0— 6岁儿童智力发育筛查测验”(DST)对486名出生 3— 6月婴儿进行测试。结果 :婴儿发育异常检出率 1 0 3% ,可疑异常检出率 10 49% ;不同出生体重婴儿发育水平有差异 ,低出生体重与正常出生体重婴儿比较 ,发育商 (DQ)和智力指数 (MI)均低。结论 :对婴儿进行早期发育筛查能及时发现发育偏离 ;动态观察发育异常和可疑小儿 ,早期诊断 ,及时采取针对性的干预极为重要 ;同时也提示低出生体重是影响小儿发育的重要原因。Objective To evaluate the intellectual development in early infant. Method 486 infants aged 3-6 months were measured by the Dvelopmental Screening Test (DST) for children under six. Results Proportion of abnormality and suspicious abnormality were 1.03% and 10.49%. the scores of developmental quotient (DQ) and mental index (MI) in low birth weight infant were obviously lower than normal infant. Conclusions Early developmental deviation can be found by DST, It is important to follow-up study on thus infants and take timely focusing interference. It also point out low birth weight affects developmental level.
