应用甘露聚糖肽改善乳腺癌术后皮下积液的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽在减少乳腺癌术后皮下积液中的临床应用价值。方法:行乳腺癌改良根治术的乳腺癌患者228例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组术中加用甘露聚糖肽冲洗创面,比较试验组及对照组术后引流情况以及带管时间。结果:试验组d 3、d 7引流液、带管天数及总引流量与对照组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05),拔管后皮下积液发生率及术后皮瓣坏死发生率与对照组比较存在显著差异。结论:术中应用甘露聚糖肽冲洗创面,能改善乳腺癌患者术后皮下积液情况。Abstract：Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of mannatide to attenuate the seroma formation after operation. Methods： Clinical data were collected from 228 patients with breast cancer, who underwent modified radical mastectomy in Department of Breast Surgery, Chongqing Cancer Institute. They were randomly divided into two groups. Mannatide was used in washing the wound during the operation. The seroma formation after operation was observed for two months. The data are analyzed by t test analysis. Results： In comparison with control, mannatide significantly reduced the total drainage, shortened the draining time （P〈0.05）, and reduced the incidences of seroma and the thanatosis of skin after operation. Conclusion： Using of mannatide during the operation attenuates the seroma formation after operation of breast cancer.
