摘　　要：对影响热塑性聚氨酯弹性体性能的因素进行了分析和讨论,包括多元醇的结构和相对分子质量、异氰酸酯和扩链剂种类、扩链系数、硬段含量、氢键、催化剂等。提出在生产热塑性聚氨酯弹性体过程中要对体系配方进行科学设计。The influence factors of properties of TPU was analysed, including structure and molecular mass of polyols, isocyanate and kinds of chain extender, coefficient of chain extender, hard segment content, hydrogen bond, catalysts＇, etc. Scientifically designing on formula of TPU was important to the process of production.
