脊柱同种骨笼的设计和临床应用

摘  要:目的 :设计颈、腰椎同种异体骨笼并观察治疗效果。方法 :根据颈、腰环锯外径和椎体矢径 ,设计出几种规格颈、腰椎同种骨笼。临床应用治疗颈椎病间盘突出 8例 ,腰椎滑移 2例。结果 :术后随访 4~ 18月 ,平均 11个月。 1~ 2月内有部分吸收现象 ,3月出现融合 ,6月完全融合。 4~ 6月颈椎病功能平均改善率 6 3.1%。腰椎滑移症状明显减轻。结论 :设计的颈、腰同种骨笼是较理想椎间植入物。Objective:Design of cervical and lumbar allograft threaded fusion cages(ATFC)and observation of the treatment results.Method:According to the diameters of ringsaws of cervical and Lumbar spine,we designed several cervical and Lumbar ATFCs and treated for patients of cevical disc prolapse of spondylosis myelopathy in eight cases as well as spondylolisthesis in two cases.Results:the follow up period was 4~18 months(average 11 months).The slightly absorbing phenomena of the cages were seen within the times of 1~2months.The fusions appeared at the time of 3 months and completed at six months.The average JOA recovery rat at the period of 4~6months was 63.1% in cases of cervical spondylosis myelopathy.The symptoms in cases of spondylolisthesis were obviously alleviated.Conclusion:The spinal allograft threaded fusion cages designed by authors are ideal interbody fusion implants.
