摘 要:利用物理几何相似原理,对未支护、喷层支护、锚喷支护和锚杆联系链支护巷道进行了实验室模拟实验,通过静态电阻应变仪测量了巷道的变形情况,分析了不同巷道支护方式下的巷道变形特点。为了验证相似模拟实验结果的准确性,利用ANSYS数值模拟软件建立了不同巷道支护下的数值模型,并进行了相应的应力应变分析。对比得知,相似模拟实验数据与数值模拟结果基本吻合,得出了这几种巷道支护方式的优劣,为矿山井下巷道支护作业提供了参考。Similar simulation lab experiment on different tun- nel support,such as non-support, spray layer support, com- bination of anchorage and shotcrete support and bolt connec- tion chain supported roadway, was carried out based on the physical and geometric similarity principle. The deformation of tunnel was measured by the resistance strain gauge, and the characteristics of deformation under different tunnel sup- port were analyzed. Moreover, the numerical model under different tunnel support was established by ANSYS numeri- cal simulation software, and corresponding stress and strain was analyzed subsequently, in order to verify the accuracy of the experimental result. The contrast results showed that similar simulation experiment data and numerical simulation results were consistent with each other. The advantages and disadvantages of these different tunnel supports were sum- marized, providing a reference for tunnel support in under- ground mine.
