摘  要:我国选矿厂每年排放大量废水,实现选矿废水回用对保护生态环境具有重大意义。针对某白钨矿选矿废水进行了常规沉降试验,考察了pH、有价离子、絮凝剂等对沉降指标的影响,并通过对比絮凝效果对絮凝剂进行了筛选。为了强化常规絮凝沉降的效果,进行了磁化絮凝沉降试验。结果表明,磁化絮凝不仅大幅缩短了絮凝沉降所需的时间,且所得清液浊度更低,从而能实现选矿废水的完全回用。As a large amount of wastewater is discharging from mineral processing plant in China every year, recycling wastewater is of great significant to protect environment. Conventional settlement experiment on flotation wastewater of one scheelite was carried out, and the influences of various parameters such as pH, ion concentration and flocculating a- gent acted on settlement were studied. Meanwhile, floccula- ting agents used in this study were selected based on the flocculating results. Furthermore, a magnetic flocculation experiment was put forward to enhance the effect of conven- tional flocculating settlement. The experiment results showed that magnetic flocculation can not only greatly short- en the flocculation time, but also decrease the turbidity of clear solution, so as to realize the complete recycling of flo- tation wastewater.
