胫骨骨折外固定器固定与内固定疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 :探讨单侧简易外固定器与内固定治疗胫骨骨折疗效。方法 :6 5例胫骨骨折随机分 2组 ,1组 37例行外固定器固定 ,另 1组 2 8例行内固定 ,从平均住院日、骨折愈合时间、并发症 3个方面进行比较分析。结果 :外固定器组平均骨折愈合时间 4.2月 ,平均住院日短 ,并发症少。结论 :单侧简易外固定器固定治疗胫骨骨折疗效优于内固定组。Object:To discuss the results of treating tibia fracture by external fixator or internal fixator.Methods:65 cases were divided into two groups without intention.One group of 37 cases were followed by external fixator,the other group of 28 cases by internal fixator.We compared and analyzed the results by average hospitalizing time,healing time and complications.Result:In external fixator group hospitalizing time was shorter,average healing time was 4.2 months with less complications.Conclusion:The result of the treating of tibia fracture by the simple unilateral external fixator is better than that by internal fixator.
