摘　　要：清代塔尔巴哈台参赞大臣的设置,对维护清朝的国家统一、巩固西北边防、抵御外来侵略、稳定社会秩序、防止分裂割据,起了很大作用。本文主要对清代新疆塔尔巴哈台参赞大臣的设立及变迁、军府建置及职权范围等进行了论述。The establishment of Tarbagatay Counselor Minister Office in Xijiang played a very important part in defending the Qing dynasty's northwest frontier from external invading and sustaining the stability of the regional society and preventing separation.The author discusses the establishment and readjustment of Tarbagatay Counselor Minister military office and its functions and powers.
