摘　　要：本文阐述临床药师对1例重症肺炎合并肾功能不全患者的药学监护过程。根据患者的病情变化,临床药师与临床医生共同协商,制订适宜的治疗方案并随时修正。在控制感染的前提下避免药物对患者肾功能的进一步损害,使治疗安全有效。This article showed the pharmaceutical care service provided by the clinical pharmacist about anti-infection treatment. The patient suffered from severe pneumonia with renal insufficiency. According to the patient ＇s condition,the clinical pharmacist and the doctor together discusse dindividualanti-infection treatment plan and amended when necessary. Further druginduced renal injury was avoided and the infection was controlled wellfinally,which proved that the anti-infective program was safe and effective.
