摘 要:采用水热法制备出了石墨烯/TiO2复合光催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),红外光谱(FT-IR),紫外-可见漫发射光谱(DRS)等方法对石墨烯/TiO2进行表征,并研究了该催化剂在可见光和太阳光下光催化分解C2H5OH/H2O溶液的产氢活性,实验结果表明,经过水热反应,氧化石墨(GO)被还原成石墨烯(rGO),TiO2粒子负载在片状石墨烯上,太阳光下,光照5h样品产氢量(3444.36μmol)为P25(1598.25μmol)的2.16倍。此外,本工作还对光催化分解C2H5OH/H2O溶液的产氢过程进行了分析讨论。In order to study the phoyocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution of graphene/TiO~ composite photo- catalysts from photo-splitting of C2 H2OH/H2O solution under visible light and sunshine irradiation, the photocatalysts was prepared by hydrothermal method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron micro- scope(SEM) ,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The results in- dicated that the graphene oxide was reduced to graphene and the TiO2 particles loaded on the sheet of graphene through hy- drothermal process, total hydrogen amount of the sample(3444. 362μmol) was about 2.16 times of P25(1598. 25μmol)with- in 5h under sunshine light irradiation. Furthermore,a detailed mechanism for photocatalytie hydrogen evolution from split- ting of C2 Hs OH/H2O solution was investigated.
