101例慢性肾功能衰竭患者脉图参数分析

摘　　要：对 10 1例慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)患者进行中医辨证分型 ,采用ZM III智能脉象仪对 4组CRF患者及 2 0例正常对照组进行脉图测定 ,分析各组脉图的参数变化。结果 :各组脉图参数h1 、h3、h3/h1 、w/t、t及As均存在显著差异。表明脉图可以作为CRF中医辨证的客观指标之一。After TCM pattern identification of 101 case of chronic failure(CRF),ZM III Intelligent Pulse Apparatus was used to determine the pulse pictures in 4 groups of the patients and 20 cases of the control group for analysis of the sphygmogram parameters in various groups.The results showed that significant difference existed in the sphygmogram parameters of h 1,h 3,h 3/ h1,W/t,t and As in various groups,indicating that the sphygmogram can be used as one of the objective indexes for CRF pattern identification.
