摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了荧光粉CaMoO4:Dy3+。通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、荧光光谱等对其进行物相和光谱性能表征,并研究了Dy的掺杂量、不同电荷补偿剂等对其光谱性质的影响。结果表明:Dy最佳掺杂量为3%(摩尔分数),Li2CO3作为电荷补偿剂的效果最好。CaMoO4:Dy3+荧光粉在388nm处可被有效激发,是一种有潜在应用前景的白光LED用黄色荧光粉。A phosphor CaMoO4 :Dy3+ was synthesized by sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction,SEM and photolumines- cence spectra were employed to characterize its spectra property. The effects of concentration of Dy3+ and charge compensa- tors on the luminescence properties were studied. The results showed that the optimal concentration of Dya+ in CaMoO4 : Dy3+ was about 3% and the Li2COa as charge compensator gave the best improvement to enhance the emission intensity. CaMoO4 :Dy:3+ could be efficiently excited by 388nm,which was promising candidate as yellow component for near-ultravio- let InGaN-based white LED.
