摘 要:在85℃水浴和超声条件下,以硫脲为氮源,四异丙醇钛为前驱体,采用水解法反应后,经煅烧合成氮掺杂纳米TiO2。用X射线衍射、比表面积测试、扫描电子显微镜等方法对制备的粉体进行表征,以甲基橙溶液为目标污染物,考察钛氮比、煅烧温度对氮掺杂纳米TiO2光催化活性的影响。结果表明,n(Ti)∶n(N)=10∶1,煅烧温度为200℃时制得的形貌较好的氮掺杂锐钛矿纳米TiO2,在可见光下降解甲基橙溶液300min,降解率可达87.57%,而紫外光下100min,降解率达到98.72%。N-doped nano-titanium dioxide was synthesized by thiourea and titanium tetraiso-propoxide as raw mate- rials, under ultrasound, used hydrolysis reaction at 85℃ and calcine. Its morph ology was characterized by XRD, BET and SEM. In addition, the effects of photocatalytic activity of the dioxide were investigated by degrading the methyl orange solu- tion, and the optimum conditions were 10 : 1 molar ratio of the titanium tetraisopropoxide and thiourea, the calcination tem- perature was 200℃, under which the dioxide can obtain better morphology. However, the degradation rate of methyl orange was 98. 72% when the dioxide in the UV light for 100min ,while only 87.57% in visible light for 300min.
