摘 要:对Kevlar织物进行Co60γ射线辐照,通过拉伸性能和DSC,TG,XRD测试,分析了Co60γ射线辐照前后样品结构及性能的变化。研究表明:经Co(60)γ射线辐照处理后,Kevlar织物在一定的辐照剂量范围内,拉伸强度提高了44.66%,弹性模量提高了21.35%;伸长率下降了77.06%;当辐照剂量超过一定数值后,拉伸强度下降了19.29%,弹性模量下降了16.52%;伸长率提高了39.71%;热性能测试表明,辐照剂量对芳纶纤维的热性能影响较小,在600℃都基本分解;辐照对芳纶纤维的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)没有产生影响,样品的Tg均为265℃。红外测试表明,在辐照剂量范围内,芳纶纤维结构未发生变化;X-射线表明,辐照剂量大小影响Kevlar织物的取向结晶,但不改变其晶型。Kevlar fabric was treated with (2060 irradiation, the change of the structure and properties of samples be- fore and after Co60 irradiation was analysed through the tensile properties,DSC,TG and XRD testing. Study showed that after treated with γ-ray irradiation, the mechanical properties of aramid were improved when the radiation dose in a certain range, the tensile strength was increased by 44. 66 %, elastic modulus was increased by 21.35%, and breaking elongation rate was decreased by 77.06%. When the radiation dose exceeded a certain value, the mechanical properties of aramid were decreased, the tensile strength decreased by 19.29 %, elastic modulus decreased by 16. 52% and breaking elongation rate in- creased by 39.71%. Thermal properties showed that the effect of irradiation on degradation of the fabric was little, when 600℃ the fabric was basic decomposed. Glass transition temperature Tg of Kevlar fabric was 265℃. Infrared testing showed that there was not new functional group in the fabric in the radiation dose range. The amount of radiation dose af- fected crystalline orientation of the fabric, but does not change the crystal form of the fabric.
