新型聚硅氧烷增塑剂的制备及其在缩合型室温硫化硅橡胶中的应用

摘　　要：以有机硅单体生产中的副产物作为原料,制备了新型聚硅氧烷增塑剂,并利用红外吸收光谱和核磁共振对其结构进行了表征。将此法制得的粘度为85mPa·s的新型聚硅氧烷作为增塑剂应用缩合型室温硫化硅橡胶中。研究发现,添加了新型聚硅氧烷作为增塑剂的RTV硅橡胶产品符合GB16776-2005建筑用硅酮结构密封胶的要求。与市面同类产品比较,在拉伸强度和伸长率上都有所提高。此法制备增塑剂具有一定的市场前景。The byproducts in the production of organic silicon monomer were used as raw materials to prepare a no- vel silicone plasticizers. And structure of the plasticizer was characterized by IR and NMR. The plasticizer prepared by this method with the viscosity of 85mPa · s was applied to RTV silicone rubber. The results showed that the rubber complied with GB16776-2005 structural silicone sealant requirements,which showed improved elongation and tensile strength com pared with the similar products in the market. The plasticizer by this method had certain market prospect.
