消痔膏在混合痔切除术围手术期应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消痔膏在混合痔切除术围手术期应用的临床疗效。方法:将80例接受混合痔切除术的患者随机分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40);所有患者均于术后第1天起开始用药,治疗组给予消痔膏外用,对照组给予硫酸镁涂剂外用,疗程为10 d。观察两组患者的主要临床症状,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为75.0%和52.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第7、10天,治疗组患者的肛缘水肿情况优于对照组(P<0.05);术后第5、7、10天,治疗组患者的创面出血情况优于对照组(P<0.05);术后第5、7、10天,治疗组患者的疼痛情况优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:混合痔切除术围手术期应用消痔膏可有效缓解患者术后疼痛、水肿、出血等症状,减轻患者的痛苦。Objective ： To evaluate the curative effect of ＂Xiaozhi Ointment＂ applied during perioperative period of mixed hemorrhoidectomy. Methods： A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 40） and control group （n = 40） and all the patients received mixed hemorrhoidectomy. From the first day after operation, the treatment group was treated with ＂Xiaozhi Ointment＂ and the control group was treated with 50% high osmotic magnesium sulfate solution for external use, with a course of l0 days. The main clinical symptoms were observed, and the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the effective rates of treatment group and control group were 75.0% and 52.5% respectively,and the curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. On the 7th and 10th days after operation, in the aspect of improving edema around anal margin, the effect of treatment group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; on the 51h, 7th and 10th after operation, in the aspect of improving hematochezia and pain, the effect of treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： App｜ication of ＂Xiaozhi Ointment＂ in perioperative period of mixed hemorrhoidectomy can relieve the symptoms such as pain, edema, hematochezia, and so on.
