锋勾针与美容针对脓疱性痤疮皮损修复作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较锋勾针排脓放血方法和美容针针清方法对脓疱性痤疮皮损的修复作用。方法:纳入30例中度以上寻常痤疮患者,在每位患者的左右面部选取大小相同的脓疱性痤疮皮损各1枚,左面部皮损行锋勾针治疗为锋勾针组,右面部皮损行美容针治疗为美容针组。治疗前和治疗后7 d测量并比较两组患者的溃疡面积和皮损面积;治疗后7 d评价两组的临床疗效,并于治疗后第2至6周随访观察两组皮损的复发情况。结果:治疗后7 d,两组的溃疡面积和皮损面积均显著缩小(P<0.01),且锋勾针组的皮损面积较美容针组缩小更加明显(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,两组患者的有效率均达100%;随访期间,锋勾针组的复发率为3.3%,美容针组为46.6%,锋勾针组的复发率明显低于美容针组(P<0.05)。结论:锋勾针排脓放血方法对脓疱性痤疮皮损的修复效果优于美容针针清方法。Objective： To compare the repairing effect of lance needle and cosmetic needle for pustnlar acne. Methods： Thirty patients with acne vulgaris over moderate degree were included, and two similar size pustular acnes lying in left and right face respectively of every patient were selected. The skin lesion in left face was treated by lance needle as lance needle group, and the skin lesion in right face was treated by cosmetic needle as cosmetic needle group. The ulcer area and skin lesion area were measured before treatment and seven days after treatment ; the clinical effect was evaluated seven days after treatment, and from the second to the sixth week after treatment, the recurrence of skin lesion was observed. Results： Seven days after treatment, the ulcer area and skin lesion area were significantly reduced in both groups （P 〈0.01 ）, and the skin lesion area in lance needle group was less than that in cosmetic needle group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Seven days after treatment, the total effective rates of two groups were both 100% ; in the follow-up period, the recurrence rates of lance needle group and cosmetic needle group were 3.3% and 46.6% respectively, with statistical difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The apocenosis and bloodletting therapy of lance needle has better repairing effect on skin lesion of pustular acne compared with cosmetic needle.
