银蒺胶囊对冠脉结扎所致急性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:研究银蒺胶囊对冠脉结扎所致急性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法:选择心电图正常的SD大鼠90只,随机分成6组(正常对照组,模型组,阿司匹林组,银蒺低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组)。除正常组外,均行冠状动脉结扎,制成心肌梗死模型。药物组给予相应药物,对照组、模型组给予等量生理盐水,灌胃14 d,末次灌胃1 h后,接心电图机并以监测和记录标准Ⅱ导联心电图;心电图描记结束后,经腹主动脉采血,对血清中心肌酶谱、血脂相关指标进行检测。结果:与模型组比较,银蒺胶囊各剂量组、阿司匹林组血清肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、α-羟基丁酸脱氢酶值均显著降低(P≤0.05);与模型组比较,在30 s、5 min、30 min、60 min时心电图ST段抬高的幅度较低,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05);与模型组比较,银蒺胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、阿司匹林组血清三酰甘油含量均显著降低(P≤0.05);银蒺胶囊各剂量组及阿司匹林组高密度脂蛋白的水平显著升高(P≤0.05)。结论:银蒺胶囊能有效改善心肌缺血,并能够调节血脂,从而保护心肌。Objective： To research the protective effects of ＂Yinji Capsule＂ on acute myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation in rats. Methods： Ninty SD rats were raodmizned into 6 groups： normal control group, model group, Aspirin group and ＂Yinji Capsule＂ groups （low, medium, high dose）. Except for normal group, the others were established by coronary artery ligation. The other groups were treated with corresponding medicine. The control group and model group were treated with normal saline by intragastric administration for 14 days. After lh of last time intragastric administration, connected the EKG to record the lead ∏; blood samples were obtained from abdominal aorta after recording of EKG, and the myocardial enzymogram and blood lipid were detected. Results： Compared with model group, the values of CK, CKMB and HBDH in Aspirin group and three ＂Yinji Capsule＂ groups were reduced significantly （P≤0.05） ; compared with the model group, the EKG showed that the ST-segment elevation at 30 s, 5 rain, 30 min and 60 min were decreased significantly （P≤0.05）; compared with the model group, the TG levels in high-dose and medium-dose ＂ Yinji Capsule＂ groups and Aspirin group were reduced markedly （P≤0.05） ; the levels of high-density lipoprotein in three ＂Yinji Capsule＂ groups and Aspirin group were increased markedly （P ≤ 0.05 ）. Conclusion： ＂Yinji Capsule＂ can protect myocardium by improving myocardial ischemia and regulating blood lipids.
