研究型中医院综合文化建设要素的拟定与可行性评价

摘　　要：在分析中医院文化建设要素研究现状及相关文献的基础上,结合医院管理经验,初步拟定了研究型中医院文化建设的基本要素、对接要素及创新要素,并运用专家咨询法对此进行调查分析,得出三类要素的重要性评价以及基本要素和对接要素的相关性评价,以期为研究型中医院开展文化建设工作提供可行性的参照指标。Based on the analysis of current research situation of cultural building in Chinese medicine hospitals and literature reviews, we set up the fundamental element, linkage element, and innovation elemeht for the culture building of research-oriented hospital of traditional Chinese medicine by combining the hospital management experiences. By applying the expert-consuhing methodology, the researchers evaluated the results, and provided the expert evaluation, significant assessment of threeelements mentioned above. We also carried on the correlation analysis between the linkage element and innovation element. The research findings will offer reference index for the further hospital cultural evaluation.
