摘 要:锦屏二级水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁采用刚体极限平衡法设计,有限单元法复核,验证了岩壁吊车梁设计参数的合理性。针对锦屏二级水电站地下厂房地应力高、地质条件复杂、陡倾角裂隙发育的特点,从设计角度提出了对岩壁吊车梁施工技术和缺陷处理的具体要求,并对负荷试验前后的监测成果进行分析,验证了设计方法和结构措施的合理性。监测成果表明,岩壁吊车梁能够满足生产运行安全的要求。The rock-bolted crane beam in the underground powerhouse of Jinping Ⅱ Hydropower Station is designed by the rigid body equilibrium method and checked by the finite element method,and then the rationalities of the design parameters are verified as well.In accordance with the characteristics of the underground powerhouse of Jinping Ⅱ Hydropower Station,such as high ground stress,complicated geological condition,developed high dip angle unloading fissure,etc.,the specific requirements on the construction technology and defect treatment for the rock-bolted crane beam are put forward from the aspect of the design and the monitoring results before and after the load test are analyzed,meanwhile,the rationalities of both the design methods and the structural measures are demonstrated as well.The monitoring result shows that the rock-bolted crane beam can meet the requirement on the safety of the operation.
