摘 要:结合下游生态环境用水要求,使用分布式水文模型模拟双峰寺水库调度前后坝址下游的水文循环过程,指出了规划阶段水库调度存在的生态问题,进而修正调度方案并分析采用生态调度修正方案后对武烈河下游水文情势及坝址下游河流生态环境需水的影响。模拟结果表明:在修正后的水库生态调度方案下,双峰寺水库建成运行后,库区段流速从库尾至坝前断面不断减小;水库下泄流量大于坝址处多年平均流量的10%。而且,水库建成后防洪能力提高;75%保证率年份和特枯年份均可保证地下水位。The distributed hydrological model is adopted to simulate the hydrological cycle before and after the operation of Shuangfengsi Reservoir in combination with its downstream eco-environmental water demand ; from which some eco-problems in the reservoir operation planned during its planning phase are pointed out,and then the operation scheme is revised and the impact after the adoption of the revised scheme on the hydrological regime of the lower Wuliehe River and the eco-environmental water demand from the downstream river of the dam of the reservoir are analyzed.The simulated result shows that under the condition of the revised eco-operation scheme,the flow velocity of the reservoir section from its tail to the dam of Shuangfengsi Reservoir is to be continuously decreased after its completion and operation,while the discharge from the reservoir is to be larger than 10% of the annual mean flow at the dam site.Moreover,the capacity of flood control is to be enhanced after the completion of the reservoir and the groundwater level is to be guaranteed in the year with the guarantee rate of 75% and the extraordinary dry year.
