摘　　要：针对配煤中心放炮连锁系统人工就地控制方式可能导致空气炮启动不及时、操作不方便及维修复杂等问题,设计了一种基于PROFIBUS总线的放炮连锁控制系统。该系统采用PROFIBUS总线技术将多套连锁放炮系统和加气泵站构建成工业现场级控制网络。实现了各装置之间的联动和实时监控。在应用中验证了该设计,避免了空气炮启动不及时、操作不方便等问题,提高了工作的效率。In view of problem of the blending center chain system manual local control mode not start in a timely manner, the operation inconvenient and maintenance of complex issues and so on,the blasters chain control system was designed basing on PROFIBUS bus. The system uses the PROFIBUS bus technology to build multiple sets of chains shooting system processing gas pump station into the industrial field-level control network. Linkage between devices and real-time monitoring. Application, verify the design to avoid air gun start is not timely and inconvenient operation, improve the efficiency of the work.
