摘  要:文章所设计图像采集系统的光电成像器件采用OmniVision公司制造的OV7120 CMOS图像传感器,利用基于CY7C68013A控制器芯片的支持USB3.0(向下兼容2.0)接口,以大容量NAND门闪速存储器和基于通用可编程微处理器AT90S8515的通用可编程接口GPIF FLOWSTATES流模式,实现与传感器的无胶连接,实现了串行总线对图像系统数据的实时传输。该设计结构简单、高效、使用方便、成本低廉,特别适用于高速图像采集的硬件系统。The photoelectrical imaging device of image acquisition system designed by the paper uses the OV7120 CMOS image sensor manufactured by OminiVision, the paper proposed a system using USB 3.0 (USB2.0 downward compatibility) supported CYTC68013A controller chips, using high-capacity NAND Gate flash memory as well as programmable interface GPIF FLOWSTATES based on microprocessor AT90S8515 to obtain the high quality joint of the CMOS sensor. The system realizes the live transmission to image data system via universal serial bus. The design proposed in the paper has a simple structure, a low cost, a strong safety and operability, especially be appropriate for the high - speed image acquisition hardware system.
