长短锚杆结合支护技术在灵东矿特大断面切眼施工中的应用

摘  要:软岩地层大断面切眼支护是巷道支护中的主要难题之一,在灵东矿切眼支护中遇到了围岩顶板软弱,传统锚网支护方式难以满足围岩稳定的问题。采用巷道围岩卸压与及时支护的原则,结合围岩压力发展过程与支护阻力发展过程合理协调的原理,通过改进传统的支护方式,设计了长短锚杆结合的支护方案。2 700 mm的长锚杆和2 200 mm的短锚杆分别形成相间且大小不同的压力拱,在围岩压力增大的过程中,短锚杆形成的压力拱首先变形释放部分围岩压力,而后长锚杆形成的压力拱承受的压力逐步增加,形成了大、小压力拱共同承担围岩压力的状况。这种支护设计方式协调了长、短锚杆形成压力拱承受荷载的比例,充分发挥了两种锚杆的支护作用。实践证明:是一种合理的支护设计方式,可以在类似条件的切眼巷道中推广使用。Soft rock strata big cut support is one of the main challenges in the: roadway, experiencing weakness in Dongling Mine roof rock cut support, the traditional way of bolyting with wire mesh surrounding rock stability problems dllticuly to meet. Timely adoption roadway supporting relief and principles, combined with the development process and support the development of resistance to the principle of proper coordination rock pressure by improving the traditional way of support, support programs designed combination of the length of the bolt.2700mm long and 2200ram short anchor bolt phases are formed of different sizes and pressure arch, in the course of rock pressure increases,the pressure arch formed by file short bolt to release the first part of the deibrmation ot surrounding rock pressure, and then the long bolt pressure arch formed gradually increasing pressure, forming a large,low pressure condition shared arch rock pressure.This design approach coordinated support short and long bolt arch withstand a pressure ratio of loads,from the sub played a supporting role in two bolt.Practice has proved thatis a reasonable way to support design can be used in similar conditions to promote cut roadway.
