摘 要:间隔棒作为高压线路中的一种常用金具,其节能性关系着整个网络的节能。为此,对间隔棒的能耗机理进行了分析,利用有限元软件建立间隔棒运行状态下的数学模型,分析其磁场和电场的分布,并对间隔棒通流状态下的能耗进行测试。仿真结果表明:间隔棒表面的电场强度低,电晕损耗小,且在400A负荷电流下的涡流损耗约为0.5W,仅为每m导线损耗的1.3%。经与试验对比发现,仿真计算的涡流损耗与实测值较为符合。同时试验结果表明在不同负荷电流下其损耗并无明显变化,与线损相比可忽略不计。以上分析表明,间隔棒本身的能耗值在整个电网中所占的比例很小,只要间隔棒按标准要求进行制造,即具有节能金具的特征,无需考核其节能量。The energy efficiency of spacers may influence the efficiency of the whole network of high-voltage transmission lines. Thus, we analyzed the energy consumption mechanism of spacers. After establishing a mathematical model of spacer on operating line by using a finite-element software, we calculated the surrounding electromagnetic field distribution and energy consumption of spacers, and experimentally measured the energy consumption of spacers on operating lines. The calculation indicates that the field intensity on spacer surface electric is low, and a spacer has small corona loss, as well as small eddy current loss which is about 0. 5 W under load current of 400 A, only 1.3% of the loss of per meter wire. Comparison of the calculation with experiments reveals that the eddy current loss is fairly consistent. The experimental results also show that energy consumption of spacer takes only a small proportion of the loss of a grid, thus, as long as manufacture of spacers is standardized, their energy saving can not be considered.
