摘 要:目的 体外实验研究CAP溶于二甲基亚砜(DMSO)所得混合物的理化性质以确定其是否适合脑血管畸形的栓塞治疗。 方法 不同量的CAP溶于DMSO中,制备不同配比的CAP//DMSO混合物,测定其粘质度和密度。将混合物滴入生理盐水液面上确定其沉淀时间。 结果 不同浓度的混合物的粘质度和密度有明显差别,随着CAP浓度的增加粘质度和密度也增加。而沉淀时间则随着CAP浓度的增加而减小。温度对混合物的粘质度和密度有较大的影响,对沉淀时间则无太大影响。 结论 不同浓度的CAP//DMSO混合物具有不同的理化性质,因而适合不同类型的脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的栓塞。Objective Sudy of the physical characteristics of CAP//DMSO mixture in vitro to determine the feasibility of the mixture to embolize cerebral arteriovenous malformations. Method Cellulose acetate polymerCAP and dimethyl sulfoxideDMSO were mixed in various proportions and sterilized. The viscosity and density of each mixture was measured by viscometer and densitometer. Precipitation times were determined by dropping the mixtures onto the solution surface of saline. Result The viscosities and densities of different mixtures differed significantly. The precipitation time also differed significantly in inverse proportion to the concentration of CAP. The viscosity and density were affected significantly by temperature while the precipitation time not. Conclusion Because of their different physical properties the various CAP//DMSO mixtures are suitable for the embolization of cerebral arteriovenous malformations.
