康复新液联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗婴儿湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法设立治疗组和对照组。对两组患者治疗前后分别进行症状体征总评分。采用SPSS13．0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果治疗组症状体征改善明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组有效率（91.80％）及痊愈率（39．34％）均高于对照组有效率（55．00％）及痊愈率（8．33％），两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论康复新液联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗婴儿湿疹有良好疗效，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of kangfuxin liquid combined with butyric acid hydrocorti-sone ointment in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods The treatment group and the control group were set up. The total score of symptoms and signs were decided before and after treatment in two groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Result The improvement of symptoms and signs in treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） ; the effective rate of the treatment group （ 91.80% ） and the cure rate （ 39.34% ） were higher than that of the control group （ effective rate55.00% ; the cure rate8.33% ） , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01 ） .Conclusions Kangfuxin liquid combined with butyric acid hydrocorti-sone ointment in the treatment of infantile eczema has good curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
