摘　　要：蛇毒神经毒素是蛇毒毒液中主要的毒性成分,是一种低分子质量的碱性多肽。神经毒素因其能够治疗神经性疼痛、癌痛及神经硬化症等,应用于临床;而且是研究神经系统中神经递质的产生和传递过程分子作用机制的重要探针,神经毒素具有科学研究及临床应用的重要前景。该文就各类神经毒素的研究进展状况及镇痛机制方面的研究作了综述。Neurotoxin is the major toxic components in the snake venom. Because of the importance of the treatment in neuropathic pain,cancer pain and nerve sclerosis, the neurotoxin is used to the clinical application. Also neurotoxin is used to the neurotoxin scientific research and clinical application for the effect of neurotransmitter generation and transfer. In this paper the progress of various types of neurotoxins and its analgesic mechanisms are all reriewed.
