浅析国外发达国家的老年住宅模式

摘　　要：随着我国经济的快发展，我国人口模式发生了巨大转变，截止2005年，我国60岁老人已占总人口的11％，已步进入老龄化社会。但是我国的住宅模式依旧满足不了现阶段的老年住房需求，部分好的住宅模式也处于萌芽状态。本文通过对国外发达国家老年住宅模式的介绍分析，借鉴其优秀经验，为完善我国的老年住宅模式给出合理性的建议。With China＇s rapid economic development, China has undergone tremendous changes in demographic patterns, as of 2005, China＇s 60-year-old has 11% of the total population, have been stepping into the aging society. However, China still can not meet the residential patterns of elderly housing needs at this stage, some good residential model is also in its infancy. Based on the developed countries the introduction of senior housing pattern analysis, drawing on its excellent experience for the Improvement of the old residential patterns given rational suggestions.
