摘　　要：针对政府重点工程中存在的质量保修不履约的问题，运用博弈论方法，对施工单位的信誉博弈进行分析，阐述如何促使施工单位积极主动按质量保修合同履约，并提出建议性对策。As the problem of Quality warranty defaulted in the work of the government key project, the method of game theory is used. By means of analyzing the credibility game of construetion units, how to prompt the construction units actively according to the contract of quality warranty is elaborated, and proposed countermeasures are put forward.
