摘 要:以精益建设为研究对象,通过对主要的精益建设技术进行分析,并借助于问卷调查和专家访谈等形式,利用粗集工具确定出对建设项目绩效有重要影响的精益建设实施的关键影响因素。为了更加准确地把握精益建设与影响变量的动态关系,利用系统动力学工具,对众多影响变量进行反馈动态分析,建立精益建设实施影响因素的系统动力学模型,从而构建了影响变量、采纳程度和项目绩效等的系统流程图,并通过计算机仿真量化关键变量,明晰各影响变量之间的结构和动态关系,模拟出各项变量对精益建设的影响程度。This paper takes Lean Construction as the research object and sorts out the major factors which have an important influence on the performance of construction project in the implementation of Lean Construction through analyzing the major technologies of Lean Construction and by means of questionnaire investigation, expert interview and rough set tool. In order to grasp the dynamic relationship between Lean Construction and its influencing variables more accurately, this paper makes a feedback dynamic analysis on numerous variables with the tools of System Dynamics, establishes the System Dynamics model of the factors which influencing the implementation of Lean Construction and builds the system flowchart about the influencing variables, the acceptance degree and the project performance and so on. Finally, the authors give a quantification of the key variables by computer simulation, make clear the structure and the dynamic relationship of the influencing variables and simulate the effect of the variables on Lean Construction.
