摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者足部自主神经功能与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法:将103例2型糖尿病患者分为糖尿病肾病组和糖尿病非肾病组,检测血糖、CRP、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1c)等指标,用欧米诺汗迹法对其神经泌汗功能进行检测,计算两组患者左右足欧米诺贴膏开始及完全变色的时间。结果:糖尿病肾病组左足及右足欧米诺开始变色时间分别为:(5.00±2.91)、(4.73±2.60)min;左足及右足欧米诺完全变色时间分别为:(22.05±9.95)、(22.00±10.01)min。显著高于糖尿病非肾病组(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病肾病患者足部自主神经功能较差。Objective To investigate the correlation between the autonomic nerve function in foot and the diabetic nephropathy in T2DM patients. Methods One hundred and three T2DM cases were enrolled into two groups: the diabetic nephropathy group and the diabetic non-nephropathy group. The blood glucose, CRP, glyeated hemoglobin and other indicators and the foot autonomic nerve function were detected and assessed by Neuropad. The time for the beginning and the completement of colour change in the left and right foot were also calculated. Results In the diabetic nephropathy group, the time for the beginning of colour change of Neuropad in the left and the right foot was (5.00 ± 2.91)rain and (4.73± 2.60)min, respectively. While the time for the completement of colour change of N europad in the left and the right foot was (22.05± 9.95)rain and (22.00± 10.01 )min, respectively, which were higher than those in the diabetic non-nephropathy group (P 〈 0.05, respectively). Conclusion The expected foot autonomic nerve function of T2DM patients with diabetic nephropathy is poor.
