摘　　要：论文选取罗非鱼加工龙头企业、罗非鱼养殖专业合作社和罗非鱼行业协会为案例,对不同罗非鱼产业化经营组织模式进行研究,针对不同产业化经营组织模式存在的问题,提出促进罗非鱼产业发展的对策建议。本文提出在罗非鱼产业发展的形成期,经济较为发达地区可以选取"龙头企业+农户"的发展模式;经济较不发达地区可以采取罗非鱼养殖专业合作社或养殖协会的发展模式。随着经济发展水平的不断提高,在产业发展的成长期和成熟期,可以采用"罗非鱼龙头企业+合作社+农户"的产业化经营组织模式以促进罗非鱼产业的健康持续发展。We study on the different tilapia industrialized management organization patterns by selecting the leading processing enterprise of tilapia, tilapia professional cooperative and tilapia industry association in our case study. Focused on the existing problems with industrialized management organization patterns, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of tilapia industry. We propose that in the formation period of tilapia industrial development, we can choose the mode of ＂leading enterprises ＋ farmers＂ in the relatively developed areas and ＂tilapia aquaculture professional cooperatives＂ or ＂aquaculture association＂ in less developed areas. With the constant development of economy, we can use the mode of ＂tilapia leading enterprise ＋ cooperative ＋ peasant household＂ to promote the healthy and sustainable development of tilapia industry in the growth and maturation period of industrial development.
